SYSTEM command

HELP!! I have a stored procedure which sends emails, using a text file as input. It works if I use a TRIGGER to execute the 'email stored procedure'. However, if I use another Stored Procedure to call the 'email stored procedure', I get an error message which says 'not owner'. Does anyone know what is -not- going on here??
