PROBLEM: 800 Support Lines Not Available - what to do US and Canadian Informix Users: Over the past few weeks, we have been experiencing some problems with our 800# telephone service and we need your help. Occasionally, you may get a busy signal when attempting to reach us at the toll-free Technical Support number, (800) 274-8184. We are working on tracing and identifying this problem, but in the meantime, if you need to reach us: 1) Try 800-274-8184. If it does not work, call in on (415) 926-6794. 2) Tell your Customer Services Rep that you have had a problem on the 800# and describe what happened. Thank you!
