error on ids on windoiws

hi i've installed ids 9.40 on windows XP (ntfs partition) but i still have a error when i try to create a database. 931: Cannot locate sqlexec service/tcp service in /etc/services.Cannot open file 'cli.iem'. where is the probleme plz

on Win XP, please check C:\\\\WINDOWS\\\\system32\\\\drivers\\\\etc\\\\services, and make sure sqlexec is defined.
