You've changed id's -- inf_bb isn't who I normally answer to. Systables.Created tells you the day (but not the time) when the table was last altered. As far as I know, there is nowhere where the last update time is stored. And the last alter timestamp is only available in the data handled by tbcheck, which is not accessible except via tbcheck.
