Database Administrator Programmer Analyst Sr or Spec, F or G Install, upgrade and maintain prototype and production databases and their related tools, products, and middleware. Plan and execute database backup/recovery; implement test and production procedures; create primary structures; design and implement files and tables; support 24 x 7 coverage. Create and maintain utilities and tools, database support systems, procedures, and documentation. Monitor performance, space utilization; identify problems proactively; maintain security and data as requested. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrate expertise in some combination of: - SQL - Natural - Rexx - Perl - COBOL - C - HTML - Unix shell scripts - PeopleSoft Tools Fluency in one or more relational database environment (e.g., Oracle, Informix).
