Is > this the culprit? This is probably due to a little known change in the functionality of some onmode options. Specifically the k option, which used to rollback transactions for you, as in the u option. Now it does not, so rollback is left to the fast recovery process. So you have two options: 1. onmode -ky Bring engine down quickly, no rollbacks 2. onmode -kuy Bring engine down after rollbacks finish Are you using number 1? If so, try number 2.
