IDS crashes when Sun reporting tool "Explorer" is

Hardware Sun 2900 8 Dual core CPU's OS is Solaris 10 IDS is 9.4.FC9 Has any one had issues in running the Sun Explorer Utility is run crashing the IDS engine?? It throws "Asset Failed: semop: errno = 36" messages to online log then crashes. Well, error 36 from /usr/include/sys/errno.h is EIDRM which would indicate that the identifier was removed. So can Explorer remove semaphore sets that it might think aren't in use or something (I'm not familiar with what Explorer does)? Because if it removes any semaphore sets the engine is using, the engine is going to handle that very well.
