If you can generate an SQL file (or if you already have one as
documentation) with all the CREATE TABLE and CREATE INDEX statements in
it you can run that from isql or dbaccess and it will do the job for you.
Informix has a tool, dbschema, which will generate such an SQL file from
an existing Informix database. In your case, however, you need one to
generate a schema from you legacy database. I don't know whether Foxpro
or Access have such a tool themselves but, as you say, "I can't believe
such a basic tool is would not be included"
