One year ago, one on my colleague spoke with an Informix sales representative. She told him that the best-selling platform for Wingz was the NeXT computer and the Windows and Mac versions was far behind. I have been very surprised by that affirmation. I work with NeXT computers and I never seen a single copy of Wingz/NeXTSTEP except once at the Informix booth at the MacWorld expo. Informix has dropped its developpement with NeXTSTEP for the database products, so I speculate that it has dropped its developpement for Wingz-NeXTSTEP too.
