Informix has split off the sales side and partner program to give focus to that. Since it just started, its too early to tell what effects it will have. The problem is that the shareholders meeting which was supposed to be May 21st has been postponed under the guise that they have to reprint all of their annual reports, etc, etc, etc... This is the opportunity for shareholders to voice their concerns. If you want to voice your concern at the Conference, by all means go for it. Unfortunately, it won't have the same effect. Now if a lot of users got together to voice concerns, then it may have some effect. However the IIUG is an Informix apollogist group and well; lets be frank. There are some who don't want to upset the apple cart if you know what I mean. But then again, I'm considered a raving radical lunatic. ;-) -Mikey -- #include <std_disclaimer.h> /* Mike Segel (MS385) */ #include <No_Spam.h> #ifdef OFFENDED_BY_CONTENT The author takes no responsibility for this post.
