Hi I use a IDS 9.40UC2 on SUSE 8.2 Prof. It's works fine. But at fist you must install(downgrade) glib-2.3.2-5.i686.rpm from the first suse CD. rpm -U--oldpackage glibs-2.3.2-5.i686.rpm than the Initializing from IDS9.40 UC2 will succeded.
