I/O Bad request chunk 3999 Informix 5.0

If you recreated and because it takes for ever to get a good response to fix this. Then I suggest you recreate with a reinit. This means they tapes/files you recreated from are used directly after you do the reinit. Of course you will have to do the dbspace def.... all over. That the only difference between a reload and reinit. You got to redifine all you dbspaces again and then reload from tape/file. Besure to run a set of tbcheck afterwards pr, ci, t just to name a few. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cheryl Kendricks Internet:cherylk@prod1.jcdc.doleta.gov OR cherylk@gwysmtp.jcdc.doleta.gov DTSI, Inc.
