How to recover the CHUNK DOWN..?

I heard, that to recover this problem is by creating a small program = using C. Does anybody have this program...? another one..: when the logical log full, getting filled up, there also a script/small = program to flush/making free log, without using automatic backup to = tape. does anybody have this program...? greatly apprecited to anybody replies.... =20 best regards
