IDS clients on 7.31??

Just want to take a quick survey...how many of you are still running IDS 7.31? I know that clients on 7.31 are running into a number of "challenges" as the engine size(s) continue to grow, including extents reduction, index bloating, etc... Building scripts to help one client currently with those types of issues, and am wondering how many clients have or will have the same needs. Thanks - Mark.

No real challenge, not even for IDS 7.31. However, we are just installing a new server and are taking the opportunity to upgrade to IDS 10. Our vendor made us an offer that pays for itself through reduced maintenance costs, since 1 year of maintenance is included in the new purchase. Two features made me want to upgrade, although we came by without them for the last 15 years: - possibility of using datablades (time series sounds interesting) - table level restore through archecker Regards, Richard
