I just realized you said cooked files! You are not using KAIO for your
chunks anyway. Cooked files are handled by AIO VPs even if KAIO is
enabled. Definitely increase the number of AIO VPs to at least 14 as I
stated above the default with KAIO enabled is 1 AIO VP which is clearly
not enough.
