Informix and Power Builder

Hello All, Does anybody out there uses the Power Builder development tool to build applications under Windows for the front end and Informix (OnLine) for the back end. Can you please state your comments about Power Builder vs any other development tool that works in a client server model and you evaluated or used before Power Builder .
