Or just >> ask. Thanks. The C-ISAM manual comes with the C-ISAM product, but not with SE. You can purchase just the book; the only reason that it would really have value is if you were an SE power user and wanted details on the transaction log format and such. As for Tech Notes, they are published on a recurring basis (ideally, quarterly, but not usually that often). If you are a recent user, then there may not have been any mailing since you started. If you've had the products for a long time, Support may just not have your current address. (I think you can call Support and ask the dispatcher.)
