New Era 2.12 & API

Hello, I'm trying to use an API in my New Era application, i have include the .h file and declare the .lib in the project, but at compil' i get the error L2029 (unresolved external). I tried all the solution of MSVC Help with no result. Does anybody have any suggestions ? Thank you.
