RE: 407: Error number zero received from the sqlexec process.

Do not run update statistics high on all tables in these circumstances.
Find out what the issue is with and why. If you have very skewed data then
high may help fix it - but only run it on columns.
If you need to locate the problem table, locate which table has the problem
by running update stats high on each table. Verify that you can reproduce
it and report it to Tech Support.
Post the full version of SE. Hard to help without it.
