Check points extremely , extremely long & other issues

Hi All , I am doing a tuning exercise for a client and the set-up of the Informix instance is a bit unusal in some cases by all accounts from the onstat output. So I just want to check my thinking with all you informix experts. I have not had time to actually get on the server. So I am currently working from the onstat -a output I know I have to increase number of CLEANER to the same value as the LRS. I know I will be changing the BUFFERS and SHMVRTSIZE size. I know the logical logs set up is a bit ....... different. Is there any thing else anyone can spot. Attached below is a copy of some of the ONSTAT -a output and ONCONFIG.
