isql 7.50.uc1 strange behavior

WE have just installed the above version of isql on an AIX 5.1 system ...
with a v11.50.fc5 engine ... When isql is run ... it's not showing a list
of the sql and forms or reports that have been created ... you can type
them into the selection box, and they come up ... This was working fine
with isql 7.32uc3 ... Anyone have any suggestions where to look ?
dbaccess will bring up the list of sql scripts ... so I think it's just an
isql thing ...
Thanks in advance ...

Hi Peter,
If you were able to install V11.50 on AIX 5.1, that's probably the problem :
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/data/informix/ids/requirements/aix.html
Accordingly to that link, you need at least AIX 7.3

That's a known problem related to C-SDK 3.50.xC5.
just install a different version of C-SDK as for example 3.50.xC4 or even 3.00
and set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the
esql-lib of that version instewad of th xC5. After that, you will see all
Forms and Reports as in former versions.

Gerd
