Q: C-ISAM error on console.

Recently, after several years of use, Informix C-ISAM v4.0 for SCO UNIX v3.2 4.2, has been printing the following error to the console. Fatal system error: dataxfer: arg tlen out of range No mention of this error is made in the manuals. Running strings on the the C-ISAM library finds the message; it appears to be in a function called isdatax(), which is not directly callable from the C-ISAM API, but seems to be called by virtually every function in the API.
