Automatic Failure in HDR Setup

Hello All, We had implemented High Availability data Replication (HDR) with onconfig parameter DRAUTO : 0. (i.e No automatic failover) Now, we need to implement for Automatic failover. If we set the DRAUTO parameter to 3 in onconfig file, we need to configure "Connection Manager". I have no idea about the "Connection Manager". Can anyone help me on this. Thanks in advance.
