Using WP51 with blobs

Dear All, I have taken the bait and have just started to try and use blobs for real and I have well and truly been caught out. What I require is to run WP51 for Unix (SunOS 4.1.2) as the program to edit the blob when the user hits ! in the form field. Sounds easy so far - however after much trauma I can now run WP Unix in character mode from a networked PC using kermit v3.13 to provide the telnet connection. This combination gives me an almost perfect emulation mapping the Word Perfect functions keys to their PC version. The problem starts here - when I hit ! in the form to run WP it starts up but the emulation is corrupted and none of the function keys work. The only way to exit is kill the process. I am using Informix Online v4.00 and v4.00.UH1 RDS. Could someone help me please, thanks Peter. -- Peter K.
