Re: Informix fix policies

I always hated flames on the net since experience has told me that it always turns out to nothing worth the trouble, and usually the flame poster is not seeing the whole picture and he ends up being stupid. So, I want to apologize for my bashing on Alan and fine tune my message. Craig Macbride <lhscmc@luxor.latrobe.edu.au> pointed out to me that Alan is the last person I should be bashing. I agree, I should not be bashing anybody. For that I'm sorry Alan. You won't see any of that anymore. Keep up the good work, don't bullshit your customers, and disregard my previous postings. In addition, David Ranney@informix.com made the statement that we should not expect any official postings on the net from informix, since if it had to be official they would not post anything. That's true and it's sad though. I know is not possible to come out clean of a flame wars, but at least I can try.
