Does an "EXIT CASE" as the last statement in a "WHEN" condition block = affect the performance of a case statement, and, if so, does it improve = performance or impede performance?

It is roughly the difference between: if (1) goto end_label; goto end_label; and: goto end_label; Any half-way decent C compiler will deal with the redundant code. The p-code runner won't notice the difference either. -- Jonathan Leffler (jleffler@informix.com, jleffler@earthlink.net) Guardian of DBD::Informix v0.60 -- see http://www.perl.com/CPAN #include <disclaimer.h>
