Product Defect Query not available -- Why IBM does not give access to this??????

Any news about this??? The Informix Product Defect Query, previously accessible from the Informix Support site, is no longer available online. If you have questions about known Informix product defect numbers, error codes or defect descriptions, please contact your local Informix technical support center for assistance. For a complete listing of Informix customer technical support locations, including hours of operation and holiday schedules, refer to the I dont understand why they are "closing" the product defect query!!! esteban.-
