I want to create temporary tables that can be available to all the connected users, as far as i know, the temprary tables can be seen only to the session that created it, i need to create "public" temporary tables. Can this be possible? Thanks. Please respond to hal9000mx@hotmail.com

If you don't want this to happen, why do you want a temp table?! Regards.

As Fernando asked, what do you mean? In Informix, temporary tables are session private. You might find that a raw table approximates to what you want, if your server is recent enough. Otherwise, you will have to use a regular table and make sure it is cleaned out properly, and that you know how to identify data for each session, if you need that. > Please respond to hal9000mx@hotmail.com You ask in a news group, you get answered in a news group. -- Jonathan Leffler #include <disclaimer.h> Email: jleffler@earthlink.net, jleffler@us.ibm.com Guardian of DBD::Informix v2003.04 -- http://dbi.perl.org/
