how do i create a new user?

I have Online Dynamic Server Version 7.2 on NT server and can't seem to find any documentation on how to create a new user. I tried logging in as 'Informix' to insert a new user into the sysusers table in the sysmaster database, but I didn't have insert permission. I have also been unable to connect from any other account, but Administrator. Any clue? Any help would be greatly appreciated! heidi heidi@stepforward.org
