server discovery failed on windows NT4 Server

Hi, i'm working on a WNT4 Server Wirth informix IDS 7.30 and sommetime while i launch IECC console i get the folowing message: "server discovery failed" I have to reboot the machine in order to connect to the database. thanks for your suggestions.

I believe this is caused by the IECC Server Agent and VisiBroker OSAgent not running. Look in services. Obviously, rebooting restarts these two.
