Is that version of Informix OWS certified for NT4 SP4? I suspect not. Check the release notes or Informix support. Reload NT4 with SP3. Some Customers installed SP4 on running machines, leaving the Database inoperable ! I had Rescuejobs in the past, before all the Customers have been reached. Go back to SP3 if possible or make an Upgrade ! Cris
