Ontape with CA-Unicenter

Hello fellow Informix'ers: We are implementing SAP R/3 on HP hardware (HP_UX 10.01, Informix 7.2 DSA). We are looking for ANY information regarding use of the Informix Ontape backup utility with CA-Unicenter's tape management software. Can the two work together? Any experiences? We want to be able to protect our backup tapes from overwrite and also to manage offsite storage movement by utilizing CA-Unicenter (any other ideas for accomplishing this outside of CA-Unicenter would be greatly appreciated). We won't be at Informix release 7.21 (which will include the new On-Bar utility) in time for our production implementation. Anyone out there using CA-Unicenter in any manner, please respond.
