I was just talking to a friend, a Sybase and Oracle DBA currently working in O-land. He was complaining that in O and S stored procedures it is difficult to write a stored procedure to return multiple rows to an ODBC connection. I of course took the opportunity to gloat that it is trivial in SPL. ;-) So you see it could be worse, the folk in Menlo would have to work at it, but it COULD. :-) Art S. Kagel
