onunload error message

Hi, I have a Database on IDS 11.50 FC3 I tried to onunload a database to file system, specifying touched file like tape parameter for onunload command. But at a certain time ONUNLOAD sent me this error message: "ISAM error: illegal argument to ISAM function" I hope someone can give an advice! REGARDS!
