We are running peopleSoft Finanacials and Informix Dynamic Server 7.2x. In IDS 7.2x, you can no longer turn on PDQ at the instance level, so we are trying to turn on PDQ at the environment level for our batched reporting jobs. Since all of our PeopleSoft users are untimately logged in as 'sysadm,' we tried setting the and exporting PDQPRIORITY in the sysadm .profile. This did not work. Appearently, when the users are connected, this .profile does not get run. My question: Does anyone out there know how to turn on PDQ at the environment level for PeopleSoft connections?
