Password problem on AIX

Hello, client has some strange problem with AIX 4.3.3. They installed IDS 9.21. Everything went fine, except connection to database. When they logged in as informix, run Dbaccess and connected to database without typing a password, connection worked. But if they tried to write login name and password (informix/informix), access was denied by IDS - "wrong password", error 952. Connection doesn't work from iLogin utility, too. I believe, I should check some AIX file, but which one? Thanks in advance! Andris
