OnLine 6 won't restart

Hi there, I have a serious Problem with OnLine 6 running on SCO. There was one oninit Process left that went crazy (it was eating up to 90% of the cpu time). I could only stop it by sending a SIGKILL. After that I tried to restart OnLine. First everything looked quite normal, but after a few seconds I got the following error message: Cannot find message file. Check INFORMIXDIR and DBLANG I think this message is wrong because DBLANG is not set (and was never set) and INFORMIXDIR is pointing to /usr3/informix.ONLINE where the OnLine system resides. Sorry I can't provide more Information, but I don't have the onconfig File at hand. Anybody know what is happening here ??
