comp.databases.informix.4gl: Tool Update and New Tools - new information

OK gang, After some sound reasoning coming from Jonathan Leffler, I've revised the makefile generator I submitted. I was rather short-sighted about portability with c4gl. Old ideas die hard, and I guess I'm no exception when it comes to change. The c4gl in the past was such a simple little critter, but now it's moving and changing alot. And I too work in several different INFORMIX environments all day, going from 5.+ to 7.1 and back quite frequently. So, I listen to common sense, both from Jonathan and Nils.Myklebust@ccmail.telemax.no, and did some major modifications. I've had the opportunity to test it but won't post till early next week. I will also post Jonathan's version as well. There are also some other features I did not know about, such as the ability to use multiple GLOBALS files. It'll be out on the net early next week.
