No. One reason for this is that historically, Netware was designed as a file-serving technology. NLM's are a bit of a kludge, and they're difficult to make robust enough to run a database. (I'm not saying impossible, please note!) Informix actually had a port on Netware 3.11, and it was terrible. Another reason is a major philosophical difference between Informix and Oracle. Informix's is "run on major player players in the 'Open Systems' environment" (i.e. NT and UNIX), Oracle's is "run everywhere". Please note this is not a criticism of Netware in any form -- it is an excellent product when used for that for which it was designed. -- Ciao, Billy Linux renders ships, NT is rendering ships useless...
