How to FETCH a record after locked one

In ESQL I'm am FETCHing a record but it's locked by another process. I'd like to ignore the record and to FETCH the next one. I can not use dirty read and scroll cursor by some reasons. Any ideas will be highly appreciated. Thanks, Sergei
