I echo the comments. try:-
OUTPUT TO "revoke.sql"
SELECT "revoke all on ", tabname, " from <user>;"
FROM systables
WHERE tabid > 100;
This will create quite a nice little script which, when executed, will
revoke all from all tables for a particular user.
