Problem with IDS 11.50TC1 installation

Dear friends of the forum: I have a problem that puzzles me, and is as follows: I have installed a informix 11.50TC1 on a Windows 2008 Server, but I can not connect via the SQL Editor. I checked the Setnet32, and in theory is quite correct, the motor is connected through port 1527 with the name TURBO1, and this is the same Setnet32 I use to connect to other 2 servers without problems.
