Anyone using GCC with ESQL/C ?

I am using Informix 5.03 [Online 5.03 and ESQL/C 5.03] on a HPUX 9.05 system. I am able to compile/link/execute the sample programs of ESQL/C using the HP cc compiler. But if I use gcc2.5.8 I am able to compile/link [with some warnings] but when I execute the program it dumps core. I was wondering if anyone isusing gcc with esql/C. I have to use an ANSI C compiler, so I have to use gcc. thanks, -- B.G.
