[Q] Changes of NewEra language 2.0 -> 2.1* - 3.0 ?

Hi Does anybody know any changes of NewEra language and class libraries (not Development Tools, nor W'95/NT support) in versions 2.1* and 3.0 as compared with 2.0 ? Are there any new constructions, new classes in hierarchy of the NewEra Standard Classes, or new class libraries? Thanks Vardan
