I have heard (internal & Press Releases) that Informix is going to be offering SE for Windows sometime around the end of the year. Also a new Graphical SQL will also be available for Windows. The new GISQL will be compatable with I-DBA/Viewpoint. Online for NT will should be available for NT late 94/early 95. I don't know if Windows/SE will be just client or client/server. I can look for the origional E-Mails if you are interested. >I assume that Microsoft and Informix talk to each other ? Yes we do talk. We just don't talk to Oracle & Sybase........YET! 4GL++ (name still unreleased) will be able to talk to Oracle & Sybase engines. At least that is what I have read in the announcements. BTW: 4GL++ is due to be released July/August time frame. Ron Delpiere-Smith # Standard disclaimer reds@infomrix.com
