RE: ontape -s -L 0 failed

I think the other poster is right - not enough temp space. The 'warm'
archive writes the physical log to a temp file so that you can continue
running while users are still at it. Upon completion of a dbspace, the temp
file is appended to the archive. If you run out of temp - SOL. You can add
temp space, or perform the archive during a slow time to limit this physical
log rollover.
