Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
Can
somebody give me an example, or a description of the file format required for
the -f parameter, when associated with onspaces -m (to mirror chunks).
I have several hundred chunks in each dbspace and I need it because the
onspaces command would be too long otherwise. Normally I mirror in the disk
array or using the logical volume manager but thats impossible in this case so
I need to use IDS.
I couldn't find any detail in the 9.40 manuals, just an overview of the fact
that the paramter exists.

Found
it myself - by trying a guess at the format, if you are wrong it tells you
what the format should be. For every chunk in the dbspace to be mirrored you
need a line like this:
primary-chunk-path offset mirror-chunk-path offset
