Yes, you can run the D4GL application on the NT box and connect to the database on the SCO box, provided that you can connect to the database on the SCO box using DB-Access or similar tools on the NT box. You don't indicate whether you have any Informix software on the NT box, but I think you will need I-Connect or the equivalent at least.
