"onbar -r -w" fails (error in xbsa log)

Hi! I'm trying to do an imported restore (restoring one database server to another). In the bar_act.log I'm getting: 2003-09-02 16:38:10 10461 10460 /opt/informix/bin/onbar_d -r -w but then nothing happens. In the xbsa.messages the following error message is repeated every 30 seconds: XBSA-1.0.1 6.0.Build.153 10461 Tue Sep 2 16:38:50 2003 _nwbsa_is_retryable_error: received a retryable network error (Severity 4 Number 15): Program not registered What does this mean?
