nextsize in systables is ONLY modified when the table is created
or an ALTER TABLE is issued. Unless this has changed in the
last few months, it's NOT maintained live. systables is used for
tracking the schema of a table, not for reporting.
I opened case #707799 in February about this when I was trying to
use it for reporting purposes.
